Each bite is like a party in my mouth. The camembert is a little strong but buttery and then the pear kicks in with a perfect sweetness. I have also tried this with Gouda and Apple equally delicious. It is a grilled cheese kind of week 😉
2 slices GF bread, I used Rudi’s Multigrain
1/2 pear, thinly sliced
1 oz camembert, thinly sliced
1 pat butter
Heat a griddle or skillet
Butter the bread and place butter side down on griddle.
Add the cheese and pear. Top with the other slice of bread.
Grill for about 2 minutes, or until lightly browned. Flip and repeat on other side.
Serve with some soup perhaps?
