Mini Sausage Frittatas easy to make and freezable for those rushed mornings. Gluten Free breakfast can be easy!
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 sausage links
  • 1 tsp lemon thyme, cooked and crumbled or sliced
  • dash of salt and pepper
  • cheese (optional)
  1. Preheat oven to 350F and prepare a muffin tin.
  2. Whisk eggs in a large bowl.
  3. Add the sausage crumbles, thyme, salt, pepper, and cheese if using.
  4. Pour egg mixture into muffin tin filling each about ¾ full.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes.
