In addition to apples and peaches my greatest pregnancy cravings have been pancakes. Poor Zach, I’m sure he’s sick of hearing how much I want pancakes. One of the problems I have is that most mixes either contain potato starch (which makes me sick) or they don’t have healthy grains in them. The cravings are there so I still want to be able to satisfy the craving in a nutritional way.
Laura from Sprint2theTable reviewed this pancake mix from Fit Body Bakery as a high protein breakfast option. Clearly all I saw was PANCAKES. I quickly went to the website to view the ingredient list fully prepared to see potato starch. Happy Day when I saw the best flour ingredient list:

With 170 Calories for 2 pancakes and 11 grams of protein I was sold. I eagerly awaited the arrival of the mix and it did not disappoint. Fluffy, tasty, and filling I could not be happier knowing I can satisfy this craving in a healthier manner.
