This summer I wanted to do something radical to my diet to try to shake things up. My weight had plateaued so I read and read and read lots of articles on what to change in my diet. That’s when I came across the Keto Diet. You may have noticed some more healthy fats on the blog though I didn’t say why other than that it was a good idea to add those to my diet. I tried the Keto diet for 3.5 weeks and at first it was HARD. After a while I found that I really loved it, I looked forward to eating and felt good. Currently I’m trying some Carb-Cycling ie low carb one day high carb the next.
