Breakfast for me rotates between oatmeal and eggs, oatmeal and eggs. This morning was an egg day and I. could. not. eat. eggs. I needed to shake up my beloved routine.
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup almond milk, or you milk of choice
1 cup nonfat greek yogurt
1.5 TBS Natural Peanut Butter
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
pinch of stevia
Combine all the ingredients in your blender and process until smooth.
Enjoy with your favorite fruit 🙂
